At NOLA Polygraph, we specialize in infidelity and personal relationship testing. We understand that a relationship must be built upon trust and if that trust comes into question, problems will arise within the relationship. A relationship cannot thrive or grow until all the issues or concerns are addressed and the truth is made known.
When conducting infidelity and personal relationship testing, we encourage both parties to discuss the issue with the examiner so the examiner can suggest a set of questions to be asked during the exam. We understand that at times one party may not want to participate in the discussion and that's ok. If you would rather take a confidential exam without the other party knowing, that is your option. All exams are strictly confidential and no information will be released to anyone without the examinee's written consent.
We have extensive experience conducting testing for private issues. We understand the sensitivity of everyone's issue and provide each exam with dignity and respect. Some private issues we can test on include but are not limited to:
Whether you are a part of a large corporation that may have security violations or a small business that may be experiencing internal theft causing lost revenue, we can help you find out the truth regarding who is responsible. NOLA Polygraph has conducted and can conduct examinations for a wide range of businesses on issues including but not limited to:
(Some exams may fall under the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA). Contact us for more information.)
We also assist attorneys by conducting exams on their clients. Some examples of exams conducted for attorneys include assisting the attorney in deciding whether or not to represent a client, clients involved in a divorce, auto accidents, private issues, or other civil issues. We can also conduct exams on many other issues for attorneys. We work with attorneys on assisting them in preparing their clients for hearings or trials. We will travel to the attorney‘s office if requested to conduct the exam or the client can come to us (whichever is preferred).
We offer pre-employment screening for business and governmental agencies. Per the EPPA, government agencies, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, private security, medical entities, and/or any company with any type of government contract can require potential employees to undergo a polygraph examination. Other businesses can make it optional with written consent from the applicant to undergo a polygraph examination.
These exams are used to ensure the applicant is being truthful and that they have disclosed everything in their background. These types of exams specifically address issues such as truthfulness in their application, history of drug use, history of theft from prior employers, issues that would reflect negatively on the company, etc...
Pricing varies depending on the situation or reason for the exam. Different people or different business have different needs and there is no one size fits all exam. We provide high-quality, professional exams to each of our clients. We are not interested in rushing you through a 30 to 45-minute test (if a test takes that minimal amount of time it's not a professional exam). We take time with each of our clients properly preparing them for the examination.
There is no such thing as a "one size fits all" exam. Each exam and technique used must be specific to the situation at hand. You can't just write 4 questions down and hand it to the examiner to ask. The examiner will discuss your situation with you and together come up with questions that would be best for your situation.
Deposits are required prior to scheduling a date and time for testing. Any deposits made, whether scheduled or not, are non-refundable. The deposit will secure your time slot for the test. All deposits will be deducted from the total cost of the test.
Full payment may be required for clients requesting same-day exams. All payments made for same-day exams are non-refundable.
If a client needs to reschedule an exam, they may do so at least 48 hours before the exam on a one-time basis. Any exams rescheduled thereafter, regardless of how far in advance, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Any exams rescheduled within 48 hours of the exam may result in a new appointment fee equal to the deposit, or full payment for the entire cost of the exam may be required. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Any payments made, whether partial or full, for exams canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable. For exams canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and paid in full prior to the appointment, NOLA Polygraph will credit your payment, minus the deposit, towards a future exam on a one time basis; however, an additional deposit or rescheduling fee will be required during the rescheduling. Credits will not be given for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
Clients are asked to be on time for their scheduled appointment. Clients who do not on time for their scheduled exam may lose their deposit and be required to reschedule. The examiner may wait longer for the client to arrive; however, it is at the discretion of the examiner. There will be a fee of $50 added to the total exam fee for each half hour past the clients scheduled appointment time.
NOLA polygraph will travel to your location to conduct testing; however, there will be an additional travel charge. Clients wanting on-site testing must provide the testing location which must consist of a room without distractions. This could be at home or at a business location.
